HOSTED BUYER DELIVERABLES
Meetings During the Event
Buyers must conduct at least 20 meetings with 20 different exhibiting companies during the event and provide a meeting report to the organizers. Meeting report shall include signatures of both parties (a buyer and an exhibitor) acknowledging meetings and buyer’s personal feedback on a particular meeting.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Hosted buyers must authorize product purchasing.
2. The organizer (Discover Events) shall solely establish the selection criteria for the recruitment of hosted buyers and reserve the right to reject any applications at own discretion at any given time.
3. Hosted buyers must have at least 20 confirmed pre-scheduled meetings per day.
4. Hosted buyers are required to attend a minimum of 20 meetings with 20 different exhibiting or visiting companies per day; these meetings shall be held exclusively in specifically designed B2B meetings halls at the time designated during the application.
5. Cancellations and/or changes for hosted buyer participation must be informed at least 3 weeks before the event.
6. Hosted buyers who cancel their participation shall be removed from the B2B record system.
7. Hotel accommodation sponsorship caters to maximum 3 nights of stay during the period of 27–30 November 2024, single room and daily breakfast. Any additional charges (room service, use of minibar, additional nights, and change of room) shall be paid on pax account. The organizer shall not bear any responsibility for additional charges. The hosted buyer shall pay additional charges at the point of check-out.
8. Hotel check-out is at 12pm (noon) on the day of departure. The failure to check-out by this time shall result in additional charges imposed by the hotel. Additional charges shall be at buyer’s own responsibility.
9. Hotel reservation shall be made by the organizer upon the receipt of the buyer’s airplane ticket.
10. Hotel accommodation shall be covered by the organizer on condition that hosted buyers provided the organizer with a valid invoice for their ticket as well as successfully completed B2B report with the signatures of at least 20 company representatives who participated in the arranged B2B meetings and the report on expenses spent on sales during the event.
11. Hosted buyers must apply for their participation in B2B Hosted Buyer Program 2024 no later than 1 month before the event.
12. Contact details of hosted buyers shall not be revealed to any third party unless provided to exhibitors at own discretion.
13. This is only an application form. Hosted buyers shall be admitted upon approval of the World Halal Summit & Halal Expo Executive Committee. Afterwards, the official confirmation email will be sent to an accepted participant of B2B Hosted Buyer Program.
